Version 6.4 released
The V6.4 release has been shipped to all customers enrolled in our CSP. If you have not received yours yet please contact customer support via email at support@austinnc.com, or call our support line at (512) 458-1112 x12.
The following is a brief list of the enhancements in version 6.4. See the Cimpro manual
for complete details.
Both the CIMpro GUI and Option File Generator have been enhanced:
- A significantly revised user interface which will make navigation easier.- User selectable Look & Feel(L & F) has been modernized.
- Use of latest JRE (version 1.6).
Option File Generator:
- Many new dialog panels have been added to support new machine functions in G-Post.- Component based help has been added to Common panels.
- User custom blocks added to Reposition, Planar machining and Tool change panels.
APT, G-Post and CAD/CAM Interfaces:
- Many corrections and improvements have been added.- Siemens CYCLE800 format is now supported.
- Simulated inverse time feed when G93 is not available.
- Optimize feature to reduce Automatic Reposition in a GOTO sequence.
- A new option for FIL function POSTF(25) to append to files.
- New TEXT/CAM option to get a config.tbl entry.
