Printed copies of our manuals can be purchased by filling out the following form completely and pressing the "Submit Form" button.   Your request will be automatically sent to our order processing department.

NOTE:   Orders DO NOT include shipping and handling!   A shipping fee based on the method of shipment selected and a handling fee of $15.00 will be added to all U.S. orders, orders outside the U.S. will be charged a $30.00 handling fee.   Orders for the G-POST Documentation Set(s) include shipping via UPS Ground and handling, shipping via any other method will incur additional charges.

APPLICABLE STATE SALES TAXES:
Shipments within Texas, add 8.25% sales tax.
Shipments within New Mexico, add 5.375% sales tax.

If you are paying by Company Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order we must be receive it before your order can be shipped.   If you selected Credit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer as your method of payment we will contact you for more information.   If you are issuing Purchase Order we must receive a hard copy of your Purchase Order before your order can be shipped.   It may be sent via FAX to (512) 458-5474, or via U.S.Mail.   Please note, we will only accept purchase orders from customers that have already established accounts with Austin N.C., Inc. and are in good standing.
